Ever wondered how to conduct thematic analysis and not known how to start? Thematic analysis is the most straightforward method to organise your qualitative data. This session aims to define thematic analysis and its purpose, demonstrate the coding process and serve as an introduction to thematic analysis for the first-time researcher, using some of the terms used in this method. This session is largely based upon handwritten Thematic Analysis using visual aids like post-its, highlighters, mind maps and so forth.
